Welcome to StayBright Services LLC! These Terms & Conditions explain how our appointments and services work and what you can expect when booking with us.

By booking an appointment, purchasing services, or using the StayBright Services website, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to these terms.

1. Appointments & Booking

Appointments are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

A retainer and/or required booking paperwork may be necessary to reserve an appointment or service date. Your appointment is not considered confirmed until all required booking steps have been completed.

Bridal and special event services require a signed agreement and required retainer.

2. Payments

Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless a different payment schedule is provided in a signed agreement.

Accepted payment methods may include cash, credit/debit cards, and approved electronic payment methods.

Prices may change from time to time. Confirmed bookings will honor the pricing agreed upon at the time of booking unless the client requests changes or additional services.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

For regular makeup appointments, clients are asked to provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service amount.

Bridal and special event cancellations, postponements, date changes, and rescheduling are governed by the applicable signed agreement.

4. Arrival & Preparedness

Clients are expected to arrive on time and ready for their scheduled appointment.

Late arrival may result in a shortened service, additional fees, or cancellation when necessary.

For bridal and special event bookings, the timing provisions in the signed agreement and Bridal Makeup Policies apply.

5. Health, Safety & Skin Information

Please communicate any known allergies, sensitivities, relevant skin conditions, recent cosmetic procedures, or other concerns that may affect your service before application begins.

StayBright Services LLC reserves the right to modify, postpone, or decline a service when necessary to protect the health and safety of the client or Artist.

6. Service Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you have a concern about your makeup, please communicate it during the appointment so reasonable adjustments can be considered.

Once the service is completed and the client has left, the service is considered accepted and completed, and refunds or credits will not be provided.

7. Bridal & Special Event Services

Bridal and special event bookings are subject to a signed agreement.

Final headcounts, service selections, timelines, location information, and other booking details must be provided by the deadlines outlined in the applicable agreement.

Changes after the applicable deadlines may affect pricing, availability, timing, or the services that can reasonably be accommodated.

8. Photography & Content

StayBright may request permission to photograph or record makeup services for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes.

Photography/content consent will be handled through the applicable client agreement or consent process.

Clients may communicate their preference regarding promotional use of identifiable images.

9. Website Content

All StayBright Services LLC branding, photography, written content, graphics, logos, and other original website materials belong to StayBright Services LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

10. Circumstances Outside Our Control

StayBright Services LLC is not responsible for delays or inability to provide services caused by circumstances outside of reasonable control, including severe weather, emergencies, illness, venue restrictions, transportation issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Bridal bookings will be handled according to the applicable signed agreement.

11. Professional Environment & Right to Refuse Service

We want every appointment to be comfortable, respectful, and safe.

StayBright Services LLC may refuse or discontinue services when inappropriate, threatening, harassing, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior occurs or when working conditions are unsuitable.

12. Website & Policy Updates

StayBright Services LLC may update website policies from time to time. The version posted on the website will apply to future bookings unless otherwise stated.

For existing bridal or special event bookings, the signed agreement remains the controlling document for the specific booking.
