Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At StayBright Services LLC, every appointment involves time, preparation, products, and scheduling that are reserved specifically for each client. Because of this, we ask that you review the following policy before booking.
Retainers & Booking
A non-refundable retainer may be required to reserve an appointment or service date. The retainer is applied toward the total cost of the booked services unless otherwise stated.
For bridal and special event bookings, the required retainer and signed agreement reserve the requested date and services specifically for the client. Once reserved, that date may no longer be available to other clients.
Retainers are non-refundable except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in the applicable signed service agreement.
Regular Makeup Appointments
For standard, non-bridal appointments, clients are asked to provide at least 48 hours' notice when canceling or requesting to reschedule.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service amount.
Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Bridal & Special Event Bookings
Because bridal and special event bookings involve advance planning and reserved availability, cancellations, postponements, wedding-date changes, service changes, and payments are governed by the signed Bridal & Special Event Makeup Services Agreement for that booking.
Previously paid retainers and other payments are generally non-refundable, subject to the terms of the signed agreement and applicable law.
A change in wedding date does not automatically guarantee availability for the new date. Any approved date change may require a new agreement, updated pricing, or additional fees as outlined in the applicable agreement.
No-Shows
Clients who do not arrive for a scheduled appointment without providing notice will forfeit any retainer paid and may be required to prepay future appointments.
Completed Services
Because makeup services are cosmetic services and products are opened and used specifically for each client, completed makeup services are non-refundable.
We want you to love your final look. If you have a concern or would like an adjustment, please communicate that during your appointment so we have the opportunity to address it before you leave.
Once the service has been completed and the client has left, refunds or credits will not be issued.
Allergies & Sensitivities
Clients are responsible for communicating known allergies, sensitivities, relevant skin conditions, recent procedures, or other concerns that may affect their service before application begins.
StayBright Services LLC cannot be responsible for reactions resulting from information that was not disclosed to the Artist.
Gift Certificates & Promotional Services
Gift certificates, prepaid packages, promotional services, and discounted services are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise required by law.
Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service
StayBright Services LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a service when necessary due to unsafe conditions, inappropriate or disrespectful behavior, harassment, illness, or other circumstances that may compromise the safety or professional environment of the Artist or client.
In these circumstances, payments and retainers will be handled according to the applicable agreement and applicable law.
A Note About Your Booking
For bridal and special event services, the signed service agreement and invoice are the primary documents for your specific booking.
If information on this website differs from the terms of a signed service agreement, the signed agreement will control for that booking to the extent permitted by law.
